ID Tech Solutions India Pvt Ltd does not offer a generic, pre-packaged service. We develop security programs and customized electronic security solutions while working closely with the customer to develop the program that most fits their individual needs. It is our goal to become the leading provider of IOT products & solutions. This will be established on the basis of mutual respect, honesty and diligence in developing key working relationships with both our clients and employees. SAURAV KHEMANI
Mr Saurav Khemani the Managing Director and CEO of Company has around 2 decades of entrepreneurial experience and expertise. Mr Khemani has bought an instrumental change in RFID industry in India. His vision and empathy towards society has been a motivational factor in the inception of ID Tech Foundation. He is responsible for the overall working of the Foundation and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the organization. Besides that Mr Khemani is an eminent personality and a young entrepreneur and is part of various national and global boards and bodies.
RAJNI KHEMANI
Mrs Rajni Khemani Director- Human Resources of the company is an MBA graduate from Asia Pacific Institute of Management and Technology. Mrs Khemani specializes in Human Resource Management and has an experience of more than 15 years in technology and development sector. She heads the Human Resource and supports in the strategically function of the organization. Mrs Khemani has been the Director since the inception of the organization.

Mrs Vaishali Rajesh Solanki
Manager- Affiliation and Partnership
Vaishali Solanki is a graduate, who had worked with one of the leading not for profit organization working on livelihood-based trainings PAN India for 5 years. She as an affiliate Manager is responsible for recruiting like-minded NGOs, training centers as ID Tech affiliated training center. She coordinates with the affiliates and the HO team to administer the support to all affiliate centers, assessments and certification of the enrolled students of affiliate centers. Being worked in Partnering with other training centers for close to 5 years, she has learned, experimented, and implemented various aspects at her work.
Mr Aman Kumar
Head Accounts
Mr Aman is a young and dynamic accounts professional with 5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management. Mr Aman is Instrumental in Keeping Financial Records, Financial Management, Book Keeping, Budgeting and other finance related activities.
Mr Arup Choudhury
Operations Head- Paid Programmes
Mr Arup Choudhary is having professional experience of more than 25 years in different sectors from frontline sales marketing in Pharmaceutical, insurance and lately in development sector (Skill development) for more than 12 years. He heads the paid model of skill development program implementation nationally of different verticals. He has diverse experience of coordinating government and corporate project operations, developing systems, training, and curriculum development. Arup is passionate about training youth and staff, and travelling to various locations across the country drives and motivates him. During his twelve years term as the Director Operations had headed more than 35 projects. He has proved efficient in his managerial skills by working on action plans and budgets, supervising, monitoring, and evaluating.
Mr Amit Pathak
Operations Head- Govt Programmes
Strategic Operations specialist with over 10+ years of experience in Operations Management/Corporate Affairs (Projects)/Govt. Liaison & Coordination/Statuary Compliance/Strategies & SOP’s Planning/Tender & Contract Management/Strategic Tie-ups/Business Networking. Mr Pathak is instrumental in Monitoring and evaluation of skill development project in terms of training centre inspections, desk verifications, on site/virtual placement verification, facilitate SPMU in sampling/verification and tracking.
Abhay Krishna Singh
Director Programmes
Mr Abhay Krishna Singh is Rural Management graduate and holds the experience of more than a decade in Development Sector. Mr Abhay has been instrumental in bringing different programmes ideas on to the table and managed youth entrepreneurship programmes at different level for last 10 years. Having an expertise in skill development and Corporate Social Responsibility Mr Abhay Krishna Singh has been appointed as a director in 2019 and has played a significant role in directing and formulating the programmes implemented by the organization.
Ujjwal Rakesh
Director Administration
Mr Ujjwal Rakesh is a Rural Development and Management graduate from University of Lucknow. Mr Ujjwal Rakesh has more than 9 years of experience in grassroots implementation of Rural Development Projects. With expertise in Skill development from last five years Mr Ujjwal is instrumental in bringing the new methods and technology for project implementation, programme support and administration.
